Districts must provide professional development sessions to enhance teachers' abilities to not only present information, but to feel comfortable enough to include technology in their lessons. Being able to present lessons using technologyis all well and good, but it won't create 21st Century Learners. Districts must step up to the plate and start putting their money where the state's mouth is.
